I have been working in Software Engineering for about 12 years now. I started teaching myself code my sophomore year in College, while getting my degree in Industrial Engineering. I liked writing code a lot better than Ind. Eng, so I decided that my career after college would be in software. I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, and now I've been living here in the city for about 8 years. I have a wife and 2 children. I most recently worked at Uptake for 2 years as a Senior Software Engineer, and currently I work at Prepared Health as Senior Engineer. I've been at PreparedHealth for a little over 4 months.
